Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel whenever you wish. You’ll just need to request it and pay the proportional amount for the current billing period. For rental terminals, the device must be returned with its charger, in good condition and without signs of misuse or damage.
What is a chargeback?
A chargeback is a refund request initiated by the cardholder, either due to unauthorized use or not receiving the purchased goods or services. If the merchant disagrees, they can file a dispute following the instructions in our guide.
How do I pay the fees, and where can I see them?
Fees are automatically deducted from your settlements. You can view a full breakdown of your commissions and settlements anytime in your dashboard.
Where will I receive my funds?
Funds are credited to the account you specified, once ownership verification is complete. You can update your settlement account at any time.
