Can I use Paylands' IVR (Interactive Voice Response) service?
Yes, we have integration with different IVR providers and contact centers with whom we guarantee compliance with the PCI DSS regulations to secure the cards that are transmitted via telephone. We currently have integration with TrueIT, Comunica, Alisys, among others.
Can I use my own contact center provider?
Through our payment gateway we make several alternatives available to our customers. The first option, we could integrate your contact center with our IVR, or alternatively, directly integrate our Paylands payment gateway with the provider’s IVR, which would need to become part of our PCI security program by completing the SAQ-D self-assessment form.
Can Paylands receive collection calls?
No, at the moment we do not offer the call reception service to automatically capture card data. The merchant can call the customer to request such data.
