After obtaining the full payment institution licenseobtained in recent months, the Spanish fintech PaynoPain takes the leap to offer the acquiring service to all countries of the European Union byobtaining the EU passport.
With this new milestone, the company specialized in payment services, will be able to exercise the activities included in its license in any other country of the European Economic Area through cross-border services. As a payment institution, PaynoPain Financial Services will be able to perform payment services such as transfers, direct debits or card payments.
Both the license and the passport are further proof that PaynoPain Financial Services operates in accordance with the requirements established by the Bank of Spain, one of the most demanding guidelines in the world, thus guaranteeing the security of its customers' transactions and funds.
“Obtaining the passport has been the last step of a long process in which the whole company has worked in recent years. One more step to continue offering the best service to our customers, as they will now be able to expand their business throughout Europe with our payment services,” says Jordi Nebot, CEO and Co-Founder of PaynoPain.
Obtaining the passport will make it possible to offer acquiring services to the company's clients that operate outside Spain and will also facilitate the internationalization and growth of its clients beyond Spanish borders, offering more complete and secure financial services. One of the biggest problems that entrepreneurs encounter when taking the step is the logistics of payment systems, since when expanding the business in the European panorama, many services do not comply with the requirements and regulations. With PaynoPain's new payment solutions, this becomes a much simpler and faster process for the merchant.
“Moving out of Spain for many small business owners can be challenging. That's why we are so excited to announce this new service, we want to be there for the Spanish SME sector whenever they need us. With globalization and the rise of e-commerce, crossing borders means making the leap to success for many and we want to accompany them in the process,” says Nebot.
