Technological company PayNoPain, selected by ICEX with its easyGOband product, will visit San Francisco with the Spain Tech Center to contact investors.
Technological company EasyGoband, from the PaynoPain company in Castellón, is an innovative wristband to make access control and instant payment without cash (cashless) at large events easier, safer and more efficient.
A unique opportunity to check "in situ" how the most advanced technology companies on the planet work, establish contacts with a view to new business opportunities and even persuade potential investments. This is the goal of the PayNoPain technology company as a member of the Spain Tech Center (STC) Immersion Program, which has selected its easyGOband product along with 12 other Spanish projects to travel to Silicon Valley from April 25 to May 6.
easyGOband is an innovative wristband to make access control easier, safer and more efficient, instant cashless payment at large events and user identification and traceability, including interaction with social networks. A powerful tool that is already used successfully in large events and venues such as the European Ecommerce Conference, the ElectroSplash festival or those organized by Pompeu Fabra and Jaume I universities, and which is in negotiations to be extended to sectors such as theme parks, trade fairs, samples or resorts.
The STC Immersion Program is an initiative of the ICEX (Spanish Institute of Foreign Trade), together with Red.es and Banco Santander, for the fourth consecutive year to promote Spanish technology-based companies. For this edition the program has received the record number of 130 candidate projects from all over the country, among which only 12 have been selected by a jury composed of experts to travel to San Francisco. In addition to easyGOband, 3dnet, b2t Concept, Brainstorm, CAR, eMMa, Ezzing Solar, InsightMedi, TheMotion, Ticketing3D, TouchVie and WellnessTelecom, coming from Madrid, Catalonia, Andalusia, Navarra and the Region of Valencia have been chosen.
The Spain Tech Center Immersion Program includes training in Madrid on coaching, public speaking and productivity in meetings, and the aforementioned trip to San Francisco.
During their visit to Silicon Valley, the selected companies will visit other technology-based firms, venture capitalists, investors and, in addition, they will participate in a "Pitch Night" in which they will present their business to various executives and personalities.
