Grupo Intur and PaynoPain begin this summer a strategic alliance to modernize services in their hotels with new technologies and streamline procedures to improve the user experience and, at the same time, help identify traceability, habits and trends through transactions. The Intur Bonaire hotel in Benicàssim starts a pilot test to introduce the easyGOband smart bracelet with the aim of extending its use to other companies in the group, one of the most important in the Valencian Community in its sector, with six hotels throughout the country. Specifically, the wearable, which has already been successfully implemented in major events and music festivals in Spain and Mexico, will be used initially to make the check in and out, access the rooms or consume without the need to bring cash. nor card (cashless).

It is a pioneering initiative in the hospitality sector in the province of Castellón. Thanks to the NFC technology of PaynoPain‘s smart bracelet, which allows instant transfer of data without internet connection, the customer can enjoy a more comfortable stay. Among other features, easyGOband allows you to link a credit card, open the doors of the rooms or make drinks in the cafeteria, restaurant or other hotel services.

Users can check their expenses in a totem located in the hotel reception (the one in the image above), where they will also access information about the restaurant’s menu, timetables and information of interest. Finally, the expenses incurred during the stay will be settled automatically when leaving the hotel. Afterwards, the hotel will have valuable information on the habits of its customers for the continuous improvement of their service.

The Intur Group, with more than 50 years of experience in the sector of catering, leisure, hotel management and events, has six hotels distributed throughout Spain: Intur Palacio San Martin, Intur Bonaire, Intur Castellón, Intur Azor , Intur Alcázar de San Juan and Intur Orange. All of them are guaranteed with the Q certification of Tourist Quality and their commitment to tourism quality has made them a benchmark for quality.

Grupo Intur, in turn, is part of Grupo Gimeno, a diversified business holding company with more than 140 years of experience that operates in sectors such as environmental management, port logistics, construction, tourism and leisure, among others. PaynoPain hopes that the agreement with Intur to implement easyGOband, which has already been reported by El Mundo y Valencia Plaza, and the pilot experience at the Hotel Bonaire is the beginning of a long partnership.
